Collections Support Contractor

Location: Austin, TX 78703 - full-time onsite

Pay: $25/hr

Duration: 1-year contract

An industry-leading grocer is seeking Collections Support Contractors to join their team for a 1-year contract assignment. This project will assist in applying customer payments and researching on account credits. Additionally, you will support our collection efforts and assist with payment requests to customers as needed.

Skills:

• Strong MS Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF)
• Experience with WorkDay Core Financials a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS applications
• Must be able to work in Austin office
• Collections experience a plus
